Cancel or Reschedule


NEED TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE?
Beginning August 1, 2018, we require 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a lesson. Cancellation must be given to the Lesson Coordinator in order for lesson not to be charged. If your child is responsible for notifying the teacher during a lesson that an upcoming date is not available for them, please instead notify the coordinator directly so that you are not charged for the lesson.

Emails and phone messages received between 4pm Friday and 9am Monday will not be answered until Monday during regular office hours.

NEED TO SCHEDULE YOUR FIRST LESSON OR A SINGLE LESSON?
If you have scheduled with us before, you can log into your Front Desk account and schedule a lesson through your portal.

If you have NOT scheduled with us before or do not have a student account, you can browse through the "Schedule a Lesson" link to find a teacher and day/time that works for you and schedule it online.
You will be required to place a credit card on your account to confirm the lesson appointment. If you need personalized help, don't hesitate to contact us!
